Walnuts have an impressive nutritional profile, boasting high levels of B Vitamins, iron, zinc, protein, and fiber. A cup of shelled walnuts contains an impressive 15 grams of protein, 7 grams of dietary fiber, 16% of your daily iron, and 33% of your daily zinc.

Antioxidants are important compounds that protect your body from “free radicals,” molecules that can cause chronic inflammation and disease in the body. Thanks to it’s high levels of Vitamin E, melatonin, and polyphenols, walnuts may help prevent disease.
At Harvest Oasis, we only use organic walnuts, free of pesticides, herbicides and other harmful additives. This week, you can find walnuts in our filling Carrot Raisin Salad and our delectable Wahl’s Fudge.
